conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. ( normally all orders are processed within 24 hours). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental Spain.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
For Orders outside of EU
www.daniahemp.com (M4 Supplements and Cosmetics SL) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the EU. and UK.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, You can no longer return the goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (Seal must not be broken). It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food (Protein Bars and Hemp Food Products), also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To Return your goods, send an email to Daniahemp@gmail.com with a copy of your invoice, and simply state that you want to return the items you did buy. We will then give you a RMA number that has to visible on the outside of the packet. Packet sent back without RMA numbers will not be accepted.
In order to send back products, the buyer has to pay for the shipping, Packets sent where the reciever has to pay for recieving will be denied.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, We will then ask for your bank account details in order to send back your money. payment, will happen within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact Dania Hemp, with your inquiery. It can take up til 10 days from refund is approved and we have your bank details. til the money is actually visible in your account.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {daniahemp@gmail.com} please describe the dammage if posible take some photos of the dammage and send it to us. We will then arrange for the product to be picked up, and imidiatly ship a new item to the customer.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, customer service will send you a return address on email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of the first shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
